PRODUCT NOTES
This block heater (240 V, 1500 W) can be used on:
- Caterpillar 3056 6.0L engines.
It mounts in the 1-1/2” (1.5”) core plug on the right side of the engine. - Detroit Diesel Series 10 6-cylinder phaser engines.
It mounts in the 1-1/4” (1.25”) core plug opening on either side of the engine. - Perkins 1004 and 1006 (6-cylinder) A and B engines. It mounts in the 1-1/2” (1.5”) core plug opening on the right side of the engine.
This block heater mounts directly into the water jacket of the engine, reducing engine wear due to cold starts by up to 50 percent.
It comes with a 2-wire, grounded, 6 feet (1.8m) HPN cord and plug, and ships with a 12-month warranty.
