Our Guaranteed In Stock Program
Diesel Parts Direct has always taken great pride in keeping a large inventory to better serve our customers. As we identify popular parts and items in high demand, we stock those parts so they are ready for immediate shipment.
How Does It Work?
Items listed with the Guaranteed in Stock icon next to the part number are guaranteed to ship on the same day the order was placed, as long as the following criteria have been met:
- The order is a domestic order submitted Monday through Friday by 2:00 PM Central Time (USA) (does not include holidays).
- All items on the order were guaranteed in stock. If not, we will ship as soon as the order is complete in order to keep your freight expense to a minimum.
- This program only guarantees a quantity of one (1) per qualified item per customer.
For an order containing several guaranteed in stock parts, only one (1) of each individual part number is actually guaranteed in stock.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM Central Time (USA), on weekends or holidays will ship on the next business day unless otherwise specified by your Customer Service Representative.
Although most items ship from our facility, the program applies to items drop shipped from our suppliers as well.
What Happens If My Order Does Not Ship the Same Day?
If your order meets all of the above criteria, and it does not ship the same day, there will be no freight charged on your order.
If you are invoiced freight and you feel this was done in error, please call 800.768.0742 and ask for the Parts Manager. If an error was made, we will promptly credit the full freight amount originally charged to your credit card.
